Barbell row: 135x6 185x6 4x225x6

Wednesday: wenning warmup 
Feet up paused bench: 135x7 185x5 225x4 255x3 275x2 325x1 4x275x6 last set1x275x10 with feet down. 
Deficit stiff leg deadlift: 135x5 185x5 225x5 3x265x4 (try going a finger or 2 out on the left side)
Heels elevated close stance highbar squat: 135x5 185x5 225x4 245x4 265x4 245x4 225x4

Friday: 150 single leg squats each leg.  Wanted to get over my girlfriends house asap.

Friday: was feeling extra sore in my triceps today for some reason. I went a bit heavier on Wednesday but not too much.  Still got my work done tho 🤙
