Monday: wenning warmup
Squat: 135x5 225x4 255x3 285x2 2x335x1 3x285x6 back still slightly tweaked but a lot better.
Paused bench: 135x5 225x4 255x3 285x2 2x335x1 3x285x6
JM press: 3x145x6

Tuesday: 2x10 dips+90, seated facepulls 8s, chest supported Rows 65s, rear delt flyes+lateral raises 20s

Thursday: wenning warmup new bar today*
Deadlift: 135x5 225x4 275x3 325x2 395x1 5x325x5 and then a lot of singles with 325, 345, and 275. Didn't do anything else today, just wanted to work on deadlifts bc my deadlifts suck.
