6/13 training

This week is going to be weird bc I had a virus over the weekend.

Tuesday: light stuff just to get back in the groove.

100 reps of banded leg curls, banded kneeling squats. 3x15 banded thoracic extension thingy

3x10 upper back pulldown, seated row, seated meadows shrugs, supinated rear delt row

Thursday: just gonna hit all the main lifts.

Paused bench: 135x5 225x4 255x3 295x2 345x1 4x295x6
Mid shin deadlift: 225x5 5x285x5 did hookgrip for the last 3 sets. Gonna try and use that from now on.
