8/10 training

We went up to the lake for a week and a half so I'm only doing 2 days of lifting this week.

Friday: Incline press American bar: 255x6 235x6
Kroc row: 152x7 each side
DB Wide upright row: 80x7, 70x8
pulldown: 16x10 15x10
Overhead rope extensions: 2x9x8
Preacher curl: 2x80x8

Saturday: Nordic leg curl 2x7 lowest box setting + pillow
Bss 132x6
Double looped banded hyperextension: 2xorangex10
SL Leg extensions 2x7x8
Leg raises: 2x10
