8/20 week 4 redo training

Still a little sick but it's more of an annoyance than being bedridden.  Still not the greatest week but I'm gonna push forward.

Tuesday: Squat: warmup to 315x1 3x265x8
Paused Larsen bench: warmup to 305x1 3x255x8
Nordic leg curls green band: 3x3 bent

Saturday: barbell row: 2x225x8
Nordic leg curls green band: 4x3 bent
Atg split squat: 25x8
DB shoulder press: 2x65x8
