Monday: wenning warmup
Squat: 135x5 185x4 225x3 255x2 305x1 3x255x8 this was tough, probably from being off schedule + all the driving I did over the weeeknd.

JM press: 3x115x8

Wednesday: 2x12 dips+70, seated facepulls 7s, chest supported Rows 55s, rear delt flyes+lateral raises 15s

Thursday: wenning warmup
Mid shin rack pulls: 135x5 185x4 225x3 245x2 295x1 5x245x5
Seated press: Warmup to 3x175x8
Heels elevated close stance high bar squat: warmup to 3x205x8

Taking some walks Friday-Sunday at the lake. Maybe like 2/3 laps each day
