9/9 training

Monday: Overhead press: warmup to 4x185x5 185x6
Paused Bench press: warmup to 5x245x5
Incline DB: 65x350 method

Wednesday: none.  Giving my knee time to heal.  Medial part is feeling crispy now too.

Friday: Barbell row: warmup to 4x215x5
50 pullups
100 overhead raises 25 lb plate.
