Monday: warmup
Paused Bench press: 365x1, 365x4 this wasn't paused.
2s paused spoto: 2x335x2
JM press: 3x225x6
DB preacher: 2x30

Tuesday: squat: warmup to 365x3. Squat hasn't felt the same since I impinged my hip.. I'm gonna go easier on my squat and focus on my hip mobility and try and widen my stance a bit 
SL Hyper, Hanging leg raises

Friday: warmup
Deadlift: 335x3 375x3 415x4 this felt tough too.
Stiffs: 5x375x2
Nordic leg curls Leg raises

Squat: went for 415 and failed lol, was lazy about changing weights lol.. definitely wasn't ready for it..  I gotta figure out something new for squats.

Gray + orange banded back raise: 2x12
Decline abs 2x12
Wide grip pulldown 12x15
