week 0, testing maxes after wrestling for new block

took conservative maxes this week to figure out a starting point.. probably around 95% and should go up as I start to lift more consistently 
Squat: 365
Bench: 365
Conventional + sumo deadlift: 405

I noticed on deadlift that I have to get my hips lower/wedged in more to pull the bigger numbers.  It seems to make a big difference. And work on thoracic extension haha. Gonna rly work on that.
